This is a truly great hotel. We had seen several negative reviews, but I have to say — that was not our experience at all. First of all, the hotel is very well located. Both Dupleix and Charles Michels metro stations are very close. The neighborhood has everything you need: laundry services, markets, restaurants, cafés — and the Eiffel Tower is basically a 15-minute walk away. When we arrived, we were given clear instructions about the Wi-Fi, keycards, check-out process, breakfast, and even the lounge available in the lobby. We stayed in Room 46, a corner room on the 4th floor (with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window!). The space was great — it had a safe, a spacious bathroom, a heater, a coffee machine… Honestly, this is probably the nicest room we’ve stayed in for a while. The staff was always available and very welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with a lot of options. We had a blast every morning, and the staff made it even better — always happy to chat and help. P.S. During our stay, there was a neighborhood-wide power outage, but the hotel handled it wonderfully — checking on guests and making sure we had everything we needed. We know we’ll be back in Paris, and this hotel will be our first choice.

What really sets this hotel apart is the level of service David and his team provide for their guests to ensure their enjoyment of Paris. Our biggest concern about our short stay in Paris were the queues we had heard about for the biggest attractions such as the Louvre and Sainte Chapelle. We were genuinely concerned that most of our days would be spent standing in line for hours. Thankfully, David and his excellent team have a range of contacts and solutions and will patiently listen to our needs to help finding the best option for our trip. Additionally the rooms and hotel interior are attractively furnished and softly lit (creating a warm and peaceful ambience), and the location is excellent with easy access to shops, services and metro. Highly recommended from us!

This is the best decision I made for my trip in Paris. If you still haven't decided for a place to stay , look no more. The location of the hotel is Superb, it's in 10 minute walking distance to the Eiffel tower. There are couple of metro stations close to the hotel, supermarkets local bakery, brunch spots restaurants it has everything. The room and the hotel is super clean. The cleaning ladies are giving extra effort to keep it that way. I would also like to thank the reception staff of the hotel for making my self so pleasing. The room is small compared to other cities I have visited, but the design of the room is made so compact it doesn't feel like it. If I be going again back to Paris I will most certainly will ne staying again in the Esteem hotel. Thanks again guys!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we felt right at home. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh pastries, coffee, and other local selections that set the perfect tone for the day. Overall, the Esteem Hotel provided a great balance of luxury and comfort, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Paris!

We spend a nice stay at this hotel. We were faced with one serious situation. We forgot rather big amount of cash and other personal belongings in room’s safe after check out. But with the help of hotel Manager Ali the problem was solved. Ali provided us with all possible assistance and that was done in very polite and professional manner. He collected, held and passed everything to the person, who was appointed by us, exactly in the same way as that was left in the safe. This is rather unique case in our practice. Usually this is difficult to proof which amount in cash u left and then get the whole amount down to the cent. Thank you very much Ali for your honesty and great job!!
